Ed’s impressive track record in adeptly managing financial transactions for large scale transport and social infrastructure projects includes instrumental roles in the recently awarded Sydney Light Rail Project and Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct PPP. Extensively involved in PPP origination, from consortium formation through to achieving financial close, he is passionate about the transformational nature of these projects and has gained a strong appreciation of client requirements through effective partnering throughout the bid and negotiation phase.

Accumulated over 10 years’ working in Australia, Asia and Europe, Ed’s infrastructure development portfolio includes rail, road and gas projects, schools, mixed use precincts, convention centres and hospitals.

Ed applies his detailed PPP knowledge across diverse roles, including modelling, finance underwriting, tax, insurance, legal, due diligence, community and stakeholder engagement and SPV management. This suite of competencies gives Ed a holistic perspective, ensuring integrated, ‘best-for-project’ outcomes.
